Only Love is More Than An Album; It’s a Piece of My Heart
In 2015, I began working with world-renowned composer, conductor, arranger Charles Cozens and accompanied by The Toronto Symphony Orchestra to bring this project to life. What started as an opportunity quickly became a deeply personal journey. I knew creating this album would push me beyond my comfort zone, and it truly did. The process felt like training for a marathon, demanding discipline, vulnerability, and growth every step of the way.
Inspired by artists like Andrea Bocelli and Josh Groban, Only Love blends classical crossover with both beloved songs like Caruso, The Face, and It Must Have Been Love, as well as an original piece. Each song was chosen to reflect a journey through love, heartbreak, and ultimately, hope. This album represents a chapter of courage, of stepping into something bigger than myself, and of trusting where the music could take me.
